An ancient grain ("Triticum turgidum turanicum") grown organically in the Marche and Umbria regions. It is the result of a selection of a pure line called Graziella Ra, dedicated to a young girl and the sun ("Ra") of ancient Egypt.
Characteristics and properties: Girolomoni's organic Graziella Ra – Khorasan semi-wholemeal spaghetti is made from 100% organic Khorasan wheat semolina, milled in Italy with hill water. This non-genetically enhanced grain is rich in proteins, minerals, and selenium—a powerful antioxidant—making it tasty and nutritious. .
Directions: Cook Graziella Ra semi-whole wheat spaghetti for about 8 minutes, or until desired consistency. Drain and season with simple, creamy, or rich sauces as desired: the long cut and rough texture enhance any dish.
