Hermes Wholemeal Red Rice

characteristics and properties: Our Ermes Wholemeal Red Rice comes from the Italian Ermes red rice supply chain . It has the 'Ente Risi' brand, a guarantee of origin, nature and quality.
It was obtained in Italy from the cross between black Venere rice and another variety of rice with elongated grains using exclusively natural techniques (no GMO). Produced by Ermes red rice supply chain. It has a sweet and tasty flavor and a unique consistency. Excellent cooking resistance with grains that remain well separated.
Ermes rice is a brown rice, very digestible, naturally gluten-free, rich in fibre, proteins, vitamins and mineral salts.

In the kitchen: Ideal for particular risottos, appetizers, main courses, light dishes, in vegetable soups, but also in rice salads with raw or cooked vegetables, for mixed salads and for the preparation of first courses paired with fish or legumes.
