characteristics and properties: Our Ermes Whole Red Rice comes from the Italian Ermes red rice supply chain . It has the 'Ente Risi' brand, a guarantee of origin, nature and quality.
It was obtained in Italy from the cross between Venere black rice and another variety of elongated grain rice using exclusively natural techniques (no GMOs). Produced by Ermes red rice supply chain. It has a sweet and tasty flavor and a unique consistency. Excellent cooking resistance with grains that remain well separated.
Ermes rice is a whole grain rice, highly digestible, naturally gluten-free, rich in fibre, proteins, vitamins and mineral salts.
