Our Sunflower Oil is made with seeds from our entirely Italian and Marche supply chain. It is cold-pressed mechanically, without further refining, to preserve the seed's nutritional and organoleptic characteristics.
- It is rich in vitamin E , with a content of 50.6 mg per 100 ml.

It is ideal for seasoning and frying, thanks to its high smoke point (over 225°C).
- It is very suitable for sweet and savory pies, thanks to its delicate flavor and aroma, we did not consider deodorization necessary, due to the high quality of our sunflower seeds and the environmentally friendly processing.
Our oil
Organic High Oleic Sunflower Seed Oil complements our range of rotational crops, supporting the supply chain we've built with our farming partners not only during the wheat year, but also during the legume or sunflower years, a typical crop of the Marche region.
Sunflowers are a functional cover crop; after cereals, the same field is planted with improver crops, such as alfalfa and legumes, or cover crops, such as flax or sunflowers.
Our oil is rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that protects cell membranes from the action of free radicals. It is high oleic , meaning that it has a fatty acid profile similar to extra virgin olive oil due to the presence of oleic acid (82%), a monounsaturated fat, therefore more resistant to high temperatures, making it also suitable for baking and frying and less perishable once opened.
