Alternativa bio e nutriente

Come amante delle paste antiche, ho apprezzato questi fusilli a base di grano Senatore Cappelli biologico. Hanno un gusto più intenso e rustico rispetto alla pasta tradizionale, perfetto per condimenti semplici come pesto o pomodorini freschi. La texture è leggermente più granulosa (tipica del grano duro antico), ma piacevole. Ottimi per una cena salutista.
