Authentic Taste and Natural Well-being

Dicocco spelt
An ancient cereal with a natural and delicate flavour: Corallini are made with organic spelt flour (Triticum dicoccum) according to the Girolomoni supply chain.

Slow drying
The pasta is dried for a long time (between 7 and 12 hours) at low temperatures, preserving the nutrients of the spelt and its authentic flavour.

Characteristics and properties: Farro Corallini are a small pasta perfect for soups, broths, or broths. They contain only organic farro flour, without durum wheat semolina.
Their small shape makes them easy to digest and also ideal for quick and nutritious meals.

Directions: Cook the Farro Corallini in plenty of salted water for about 4 minutes , or until they reach the desired consistency.
Drain and season to taste: they are perfect for soups, vegetable soups or broths.

In the kitchen: Add Corallini to a vegetable soup for a light yet hearty dish. Or use them in broth with legumes or vegetables: their small size makes them ideal for comfort food, especially in the colder months.
