Dicocco spelt
An ancient cereal with a natural and delicate flavour: Corallini are made with organic spelt flour (Triticum dicoccum) according to the Girolomoni supply chain.
Slow drying
The pasta is dried for a long time (between 7 and 12 hours) at low temperatures, preserving the nutrients of the spelt and its authentic flavour.
