Our latest creation, designed for those who don't want to give up the deliciousness of a cocoa biscuit but with greater lightness:
A mix of flours—rye, spelt, and barley—all strictly stone-ground, combined with type 1 soft wheat flour, peach pulp from the Cuneo province, and bitter cocoa.
The aromas of this cookie are truly unique: the combination of peach pulp and cocoa is truly explosive! Furthermore, the addition of unrefined flours is what has always distinguished our cookies, making them both tasty and a source of fiber.
No colourants, No preservatives, GMO free
Ingredients: Type "1" soft WHEAT flour 34%, cane sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, wholemeal flour: RYE 7%, SPELT 7%, BARLEY flakes 5%, peach pulp 4%, bitter cocoa 3%, BARLEY malt extract, leavening agents: cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate; whole sea salt. May contain HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS, SOY, and MUSTARD.
