The function of fabric softeners is to make the fibers of fabrics soft to the touch.
Conventional liquid fabric softeners, which only come into play after the washing phase, settle on the fibres, giving a sensation of volume and therefore of softness to the fabrics themselves: the laundry is in some way enveloped by substances that will be in close contact with the skin.
Tea mineral fabric softener, scented with lavender essential oil, works thanks to the mechanical action of a clay called Bentonite, which has the property of relaxing fabric fibers. This clay is then mixed with sodium citrate, which, by softening the water from the beginning of the wash, improves the performance of the laundry detergent.
It contains neither ammonium salts nor surfactants and leaves no residue on the laundry, making it suitable for anyone allergic to traditional liquid fabric softeners.
How to use: The Bentonite clay contained in Tea Mineral Fabric Softener swells upon contact with water, softening both hand and machine washes. It's important to use the product throughout the entire wash cycle. The powder should therefore be added directly to the drum, or to the detergent drawer if using powdered detergent. Do not place the product in the fabric softener drawer!
Shake the product before use to homogenize the mineral mixture.
