Extra Long Black Tea - Del Colle
Black tea is a very ancient tea, cultivated for thousands of years in India, China and Japan.
Today there are also plantations in Indonesia, the Caucasus, America and East Africa.
It is said that black tea was born in the Wuyi Mountains area of the Fujian region of China. A group of farmers busy with the processing of tea would have forgotten the fresh leaves in the sun to welcome a group of soldiers who suddenly arrived in the village.
To prevent the tea from wilting and spoiling completely, the farmers roasted it with pine leaves and created the completely oxidized variety that we know.
properties: Black tea contains theophylline and theobromine, substances which, in addition to having a diuretic function, have stimulating and exciting properties.
