characteristics and properties: Tagliatelle Senatore Cappelli BIO are made with organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina, an ancient and prized variety. This wheat is known for its excellent nutritional and organoleptic properties, making the pasta particularly tough and tasty. The pasta is bronze-drawn, giving it a rough surface that better holds sauces and condiments. The slow drying at low temperature preserves the qualities of the wheat and guarantees a perfect consistency.

How to use: Cook the Tagliatelle in plenty of salted water for about 4 minutes, or until you reach the desired consistency. Drain and season to taste with your favorite sauce. Ideal for traditional Italian dishes, tagliatelle lend themselves to a wide range of preparations, from meat sauces to vegetarian condiments.
