Characteristics and properties: The long, full-bodied, and glossy grains of Carnaroli rice have a high amylose content, which guarantees exceptional cooking stability and a natural creaminess thanks to the gradual release of starch. The certification from the Ente Risi (Rice Agency) attests to its origin and quality, the result of a controlled supply chain rooted in the Pavia area. When cooked, the grain maintains its shape and structure, releasing a delicate aroma with vegetal notes and a light toasted nuance. The flavor is elegant, balanced, and persistent, with a velvety texture that envelops the palate and enhances every ingredient.

Directions: No soaking required. For best results, toast the rice in a pan with a little fat (butter or oil), deglaze with white wine, and continue cooking, gradually adding hot broth. Cooking time: approximately 16–18 minutes . Once cooked, turn off the heat and stir in the butter and cheese to enhance its creaminess and aroma.
