Every day we use the ingredients in the bundle and supplement them with fresh ones.

Breakfast: coffee (Argento) + donuts;
Lunch: Tuscan soup — 250 g (first half of the pack) with bread and green salad;
Dinner: couscous (~200 g rehydrated) with vegetable pesto and fresh side dish. -
Tuesday
Breakfast: coffee + donuts;
Lunch: delicious rice and lentils — 250 g (first half of the pack) with sautéed vegetables;
Dinner: Pasta (fresh or dried) with arrabbiata sauce. -
Wednesday
Breakfast: coffee + donuts; Magic of Granada herbal tea in the evening;
Lunch: couscous — 200 g (second portion) with grilled vegetables;
Dinner: Delicious rice and lentils — 250 g (second half of the pack, reheated). -
Thursday
Breakfast: coffee + donuts;
Lunch: Tuscan soup — 250 g (second half of the package) with croutons or bread;
Dinner: Simple dish with pasta with garlic and oil (I use organic seed oil) and salad. -
Friday
Breakfast: coffee + donuts;
Lunch: out of home;
Dinner: leftover couscous (~100 g) enriched with fresh vegetables or legumes. -
Saturday
Breakfast: coffee + donuts; evening herbal tea;
Lunch: out of home;
Dinner: One-dish meal with leftovers — rice and lentils, couscous, or pasta with leftover pesto. -
Sunday
Breakfast: coffee + donuts;
Lunch: out of home;
Dinner: A final course with leftover sauce, pesto, or couscous, accompanied by fresh vegetables.
