"MILLEFIORI"

Our millefiori originates from a mix of various spontaneous and typical blooms of Barbagia, such as heather, wild lavender, asphodel, cistus and many others. The organoleptic characteristics of this honey vary from year to year, depending on the prevalent blooms.

Naturally rich in minerals and antioxidants, it is a precious source of energy. It pairs very well with fresh cheeses and, thanks to its strong floral notes, it is very versatile in the kitchen.

A strengthener of the immune system and a tonic, it is excellent for autumn and winter ailments and for recovering strength during the convalescence phase.
