Without a doubt, one of the most renowned honeys around😋. Unique and genuine, amber in color when freshly extracted, which turns hazelnut when crystallized. Its consistency becomes soft and creamy over time. Very strong, intense and pungent aroma and smell🌬️. Its flavor is the most unique note: unlike other honeys, its taste is bitter.
Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, strawberry tree honey is very suitable for fighting coughs, sore throats and fevers👩⚕️. It pairs very well with aged cheeses, ice cream and coffee🧀🍧☕.
Particularly difficult to obtain, its production occurs in the coldest months of the year and only if the climatic circumstances are favorable. Rainy summers and mild winters play a decisive role.
