Made with 100% organic Piedmontese Ottofile Corn and Buckwheat, these biscuits are ideal as a substitute for bread or for creating light appetizers.
They are free of colorings, preservatives, and GMOs. They contain little salt and are therefore suitable for a low-sodium diet and those with hypertension.
The beauty of these biscuits is that you can eat them whenever and wherever you want.
For breakfast with jam, a spread, or honey. As a substitute for bread during main meals, or as a delicious and light appetizer with fresh cheeses and vegetables.
We believe in short supply chains and the sustainability of local products, which is why we chose to make them 100% Piedmontese; made with Ottofile corn and buckwheat grown in the Alta Langa area of Piedmont, in the province of Cuneo.
The raw material is whole, integral, and unrefined. This allows us to preserve all its nutritional and organoleptic benefits during the pressing process.
