Corn Crackers, a delicious alternative to bread
Made with 100% Piedmontese corn, these biscuits are ideal as a substitute for bread or for creating light appetizers.
They are free of colorings, preservatives, and GMOs . They contain little salt and are therefore suitable for a low-sodium diet and for those with hypertension.
Ideal for breakfast with jam, a spreadable cream or with honey, as a substitute for bread during main meals or even to create tasty and light appetizers with fresh cheeses and vegetables.
We believe in short supply chains and the sustainability of local products, which is why we chose to make them 100% Piedmontese; made with various types of corn grown in the Alta Langa area of Piedmont, in the province of Cuneo.
The raw material is whole, integral, and unrefined . This allows us to preserve all the nutritional and organoleptic benefits during the pressing phase.
Ingredients: 39.5% Whole Corn*, 30% Whole Ottofile Corn*, 30% Whole Pignoletto Corn*, 5% whole sea salt.
