Cultivated at an altitude of 800 m, this spelled belongs to the «Triticum Dicoccum» variety which differs from other varieties in that it has a larger grain and excellent cooking resistance with grains that remain well separated and dry.
The use of chemical fertilizers is excluded, the use of organic fertilizers is permitted.
Spelled is transformed only in small quantities according to market demand in order to always be able to offer freshly processed spelled.
