How to use: They need to be soaked for 8-12 hours . They cook slowly for about 60-90 minutes , preferably in unsalted water and over low heat to bring out their creaminess. Perfect for soups, rustic broths, side dishes or as a single dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
