Amla powder, rich in vitamin C, is one of the most used remedies in Ayurvedic Medicine for its antioxidant properties. Applied on hair, scalp and skin it has a nourishing and restorative effect.
On hair: rejuvenates, repairs and strengthens damaged hair, helping it grow and making it voluminous, smooth and soft. Prevents split ends, strengthening and nourishing the roots. If applied regularly it prevents graying of the hair thanks to its slightly darkening property.

How to use:
-Hair: Mix the required amount of Amla with warm water in a bowl to form a creamy paste and let it sit for 15 - 20 minutes. Apply the mixture until it covers the hair and scalp and leave it for 45/60 minutes. Rinse with water only to get shine and lustre of the hair.
-Face and body: Mix the required amount with warm water in a bowl and apply for 1 - 15 minutes without letting it dry. Gently remove the mask, rinse and apply a moisturizer.
