Practical example with 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches at home and 7 dinners at home.
Every day we use the ingredients in the bundle and supplement them with fresh ones.

Monday
Breakfast: coffee (Bianca 250 g) + oat flakes.
Lunch: spelt with tomatoes and pumpkin seeds (I use 180g spelt).
Dinner: Lentil soup with onion and rosemary (I use 200g lentils). -
Tuesday
Breakfast: coffee + Apple and Wheat biscuits.
Lunch: quinoa with chickpeas and sautéed vegetables (I use 180g quinoa + 140g chickpeas).
Dinner: pasta or rice (purchased fresh or alternative) with sauce (I use puree/jar). -
Wednesday
Breakfast: oatmeal + fruit.
Lunch: warm farro and cannellini bean salad (I use 180g farro + 140g beans).
Dinner: Stewed lentils (I use 150g lentils). -
Thursday
Breakfast: coffee + biscuits.
Lunch: Quinoa salad with pumpkin seeds (use remaining quinoa).
Dinner: Baked chickpeas with herbs (I use 220g chickpeas). -
Friday
Breakfast: oatmeal + coffee.
Lunch: Mixed legume soup (leftover chickpeas/beans/lentils).
Dinner: sautéed farro with vegetables and extra virgin olive oil. -
Saturday
Breakfast: coffee + biscuits.
Lunch: out of the house.
Dinner: Single dish of legumes and spelt (combine leftovers to complete portions). -
Sunday
Breakfast: coffee + leftover flakes/biscuits.
Lunch: out of the house.
Dinner: Simple dish with tomato puree and oil (use the leftover legumes as a side dish).
All packages in the bundle (500g spelt, 500g quinoa, 500g chickpeas, 500g beans, 500g lentils, 250g coffee, 300g biscuits, 500g flakes) are intended to be used throughout the week with the indicated portions.
